These Hutt’s come in a range of styles with mono & gable rooflines, end entry & side entry options and with or without a veranda (for end entry options only). They are constructed by licensed builders using the same materials as our homes & meet the NZ building code which makes them strong, warm, dry and fully insulated. They are fully finished to practical completion stage in our factory and can be transported to your site on a hiab truck.
Siteworks, site consent & code compliance certificate (CCC) is clients care. You will only need a site consent, certified piled foundation & maybe a resource consent if a kitchen or bathroom is installed or the building is more than 30sqm floor area inside wall to wall & depending on the final location & use of the building. The consent & compliance regulations may vary depending on the council in your area.
All Hutt buildings are constructed to suit these zones: Wind Zone: Extra High Snow Load: N4 Exposure Zone: D Climate Zone: 6 Earthquake Zone: 4 Rainfall: 90-120
These buildings must be used within these zones to ensure product warranties remain valid. We take no responsibility for any unconsented buildings that are used in areas with higher zone ratings than these. Prices are based on our standard designs and include GST. These are supplied from our Westport factory. Delivery is subject to good truck access. Prices are subject to the final design, use and location. Transport costs are additional.
