Our offering includes prefabricated residential homes, minor dwellings, offices blocks & accommodation units that are manufactured offsite and delivered to you, fully finished inside & out.
We offer a smarter & more sustainable way of building homes which is fast & simple from start to finish. Our homes are built in an undercover factory environment, using clever construction techniques to maximize production efficiencies, reduce waste & achieve greater quality.
Buying a factory-built home fully finished inside & out, ready for connection to services on your section is a great way to build a new home. You can make it your own using our large range of floor plans and refine the design to suit your needs. We’ll take care of everything from house design to handover, so you’re working with one team throughout the whole process.
All our homes are prefabricated in our factory and can be transported South Island wide in one piece, subject to good delivery routes & truck access to your site.
Your new home will be delivered by a professional house moving company that will ensure a safe journey to your place. We have insurance cover in place for this transport process, for your peace of mind.

We have a large network of subcontractors that construct our homes in our Westport & Christchurch factories and complete the works on site. If you’re interested in working with us, please get in touch to discuss your trades & expertise.
The following trades are what we require: Architects, licensed builder practitioners (LBP), qualified carpenters, plumbers, gas fitters, roofers, drainlayers, electricians, painters & plasters.

Helping those in times of need, supporting emergency response organizations & providing assistance in many other ways is an important part of our social responsibility.

We work with many holiday park & accommodation companies to provide fast & affordable prefabricated self contained units, separate sleeping quarters & ablution blocks, constructed offsite & delivered to you.
