South Peak Homes began in Westport, on the West Coast in 2019 to provide “High Quality, Transportable Homes, Delivered to You”. We’re a family owned & operated business with a team of experienced staff, driven by a passion & purpose to supply affordable housing for anyone.
Our factory & show home is based in Westport, with more display homes arriving soon in other areas to support the growing needs of our customers. We’re passionate about our West Coast community, so when you work with South Peak Homes, you’re helping to strengthen, grow and provide opportunity in our region.
We employ experienced people in all areas of the business including new home consultants, architectural designers, project mangers, qualified tradespeople and have a strong admin & management team.
Our homes are prefabricated in our Westport factory and can be transported to most South Island regions. The main regions we supply to are the West Coast, Nelson, Tasman, North Canterbury and Marlborough.
Your new home will be delivered by a professional house moving company who will ensure a safe journey to your place. We have insurance cover in place for this transport process, for your peace of mind.
