From Day 1 through to long after you’ve received your keys, we will be with you throughout for a smooth, transparent and stress-free process.

1. 1. 1. 1. First Consultation
            A no-obligation discussion to understand your needs and to see if we could provide the right solution for you.
         2. Confirming Finance
            Whether you have money saved or you are looking at a prefab home loan from the bank, make sure you have the right finance in place to avoid disappointment or delays down the line.
         3. Site and Route Assessments*
            Our expert team will assess your land, the route from our place to yours, and other aspects of the project to identify requirements, risks and hazards, for a smooth building journey.
            *note that fees may be applicable and will be discussed during the initial consultation.
         4. Draft Concept Plan
            We aim to ensure every aspect of the plan meets your expectations and approval. From the layout to the colour selections. It is your house and we are just making it a reality.
         5. Signed Contract
            With plans approved, finance confirmed, consents managed and a contract signed, it is time to get to work.
         6. Construction
            With your dedicated project manager in place, work will begin on your new home. Off-site construction takes place at our yard. As well as receiving regular updates, you are welcome to view progress on your home during construction.
         7. Site Preparation
            To ensure your site is ready to receive your new home when it is finished, our team will prepare it, including having the foundations ready. This method greatly reduces build time compared to on-site construction as the house can be built at the same time as the site is being readied.
         8. Transport
            Once construction finishes and the site is prepped, your home is meticulously loaded onto a transporter. Accompanied by pilot vehicles and managed by industry-leading experts, it will make its way to you.
         9. Handover
            Once landed, your home is further inspected. You can occupy the house immediately after signing Practical Completion and paying all remaining costs. We will give the house a full clean and a final check of all fixtures & fittings, making sure everything is in working order
         10. Aftercare, Warranties and Guarantees
             After we hand over your keys, our work does not stop there. We will continue checking in to ensure you are settling into your new home comfortably. We can see how the home is performing in day-to-day living, gather feedback on the handover experience, and identify any items that may need attention or follow-up.

             For further peace of mind, we provide our clients with a 2-Year Defect Period Warranty, a 10-Year Weather-Tightness Guarantee, and a 10-Year Master Builder Guarantee. Find out more here
