Our homes are super strong & straight with LVL laminated timber subfloor, frames & trusses and RigidRAP bracing elements. They are warm & dry because of exceeding underfloor, wall & ceiling insulation standards, have double glazed windows & heat pumps fitted as standard and are built with cavity battens under the exterior cladding for extra water protection, air tightness & insulation.
All products & materials used in the construction of our homes are installed to the manufacturers specifications. Our homes are built to the NZS 3604 New Zealand building code & inspected at 5 stages by certified council inspectors to ensure compliance is met.
We provide a 12 month defect free guarantee and a 10 year structural guarantee and will repair or replace any defects within this time frame, subject to the terms & conditions in this certificate and our construction contract.
