Rick is a born builder, always tinkering around with timber and has over 20 years experience in the construction and joinery industries. Having owned & managed other businesses for many years, he understands the skills & knowledge required to deliver strong, warm, dry & healthy homes to you.

Brad French

Director & Marketing Manager

Brad has over 20 years experience in all areas of business management, sales & marketing. He’s passionate about promoting our brand to the market and communicating the many important benefits of offsite manufactured homes & buildings to you, through various marketing channels.

Tihema Samuels

General Manager

Tihema knows the construction industry well with 22 years experience in the electricity sector, a passion for people management & positive work cultures. He prioritizes efficient workplace practices, customer service & stakeholder results, while overseeing delivery & quality standards.

Shannon Carlson

Project Sales Consultant

Shannon is an expert at delivering offsite manufactured homes & buildings to you. With over 20 years in the building & construction industry, his vast knowledge & experience will help you through the process of owning your own home or completing multi-unit commercial projects.

Tracey works with clients from the first enquiry to home start sign up and will help you with the interior design, specification and colour schemes. She has years of experience selling new homes and is passionate about helping you create your dream offsite manufactured home.

Marketing Assistant

Rio works in the marketing department to develop advertising material & communications. With her natural design flare & skills in graphic design, photography, videography, website & social media, she ensures the right visual and written content is delivered to you.

Daniel Swiggs

Operations Manager

Daniel is a licensed builder with over 15 years of building experience. He manages our factory team and site crews to construct & deliver our homes, ensuring the production line runs smoothly through the factory and keeping onsite works on track, ready for your house delivery.

Paul Hayman

Framing & Joinery Manager

Paul is a licensed builder with over 35 years experience in the residential & commercial building industry, including owning a kitchen & joinery business for 20 years. He manages the fabrication of our frames & trusses, installs the kitchen & other joinery in your home.

Mark Dobson

Operations, QSHE & IT Administrator

Mark has many years of experience in Procurement, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Project Management, HS&E and Business Management. He arranges the purchasing of house materials & services to support the factory production and looks after our QSHE & IT systems.

Glen Pellew

Management Accountant

Glen has worked in the accounting environment for over 20 years with experience in the aviation sector in South Africa. He manages our financial functions and works with clients and suppliers to keep payments up to date, ensuring your new home build runs smoothly.
