He’s passionate about driving the strategic direction of South Peak Homes to deliver great quality homes to you.
Rick is a born builder, always tinkering with timber and has over 15 years experience in the construction and joinery industries. Having owned and managed businesses for years, he understands the skills & know-how required to deliver high quality, factory-built homes to you.
Brad creates & coordinates the marketing activities for South Peak Homes. With more than 15 years experience in all areas of business management & product promotion, he’s passionate about communicating the benefits of our factory-built homes, from our place to your space.
Shannon is passionate about delivering quality new homes to our clients. With 17 years experience in the construction & design industries he will guide you through the process of owning your own home, or an investment that fits your needs perfectly.
Michelle is experienced in selling real estate and has a great knowledge of the home building industry, having built 3 houses of her own. She’s based at our Westport Show Home and is ready to deliver the right house to suit your needs.
Paul manages the factory and coordinates materials & resources. He has over 35 years experience in the building industry, including owning a kitchen & joinery business for 20 years. His skills & knowledge ensures your home is delivered on time & in spec.
Daniel is a licensed building practitioner (LBP) with over 15 years home building experience. He drives a team of builders to construct & deliver our factory-built homes to the highest quality standards & has great passion for the South Peak brand.
Brock joined the building team from the outset with a keen interest in doing a full licensed building apprenticeship. His hard work ethic, attention to detail and positive can do attitude helps to deliver high quality, factory-built, homes to you.
Max is our Health & Safety coordinator for South Peak Homes and ensures all legal and regulatory requirements are upheld. He’s experienced in developing software systems, a guru in all things IT & helps support our construction staff to get the job done safely.
Jo works in our accounts department and manages the day to day administration tasks. She has over 20 years experience in the building & joinery industry, keeping the finances up to date. Her high level of accuracy & efficiency makes it easy to own a South Peak Home.
Lyn has over 40 years of accounting & administration experience and manages our finance team. Her professional skills, knowledge of business law and accounting, means she makes it easy for our customers to deal with & keeps the financial numbers in order.
Rio works in the marketing department to design & develop advertising material & communications. With her natural design flare & skills in graphic design, photoshop, video production & indesign, she ensures the right visual and written content is delivered to the market.
