The siteworks price includes basic site prep for truck access & piling, engineers report, wastewater design, site-specific drawings, 3.6m driven timber piles and labour. The siteworks pricing excludes service connections, septic systems, water tanks & pumps, landscaping, paths, driveways, garages and decks. All pricing is subject to, but not limited to, a site engineer’s report, wastewater design, service connections, site accessibility, PIM report, any resource consent or local bylaw requirements, additional transport requirements and the final home design. Service connections, water tank and septic tank requirements vary depending on region and location. The decks, steps & baseboard prices are based on our standard plan sizes and at 675mm high.
