Who needs a Hutt?
We’ve designed a new range of prefabricated, 1 bedroom accommodation units called the Hutt series! These are available in 4 different sizes under 30sqm to suit various needs and are a great option for a home office, studio, sleepout, guest/staff accommodation, granny flats or multi-unit holiday park accommodation!
These Hutt’s have style with feature wing walls at the front, a classic gable or a sleek mono-pitch roofline and the option of an extended roof overhang out the front. The range of sizes work well for transporting them as one piece, including the deck attached. They can be lifted & placed on site using a hiab truck.
They are constructed using the same materials as our homes & meet the NZ building code which makes them strong, warm, dry and fully insulated. They are available with or without a kitchen, bathroom & wardrobe. As these are under 30sqm, you will only need a building consent and a certified piled foundation if a kitchen and/or bathroom is installed. Subject to the final design, use & location, the consent & compliance regulations may vary depending on the council in your area.
Pricing is based on these zones: Wind: High, Snow: N2 1kpa, Exposure: D, Climate: 4, Earthquake: 3, Rainfall: Up to 120. These buildings must be used within these zones to ensure warranties remain valid. We take no responsibility for any unconsented buildings that are used in areas with higher zone ratings than these. Prices are based on our standard designs, include GST and are subject to change at anytime. Siteworks and site consents are client care.
